Non-Returnable Items

Singles (individual cards) are exempt from this refund policy and cannot be returned.

General Policy

1.1. All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or discretionary reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exceptions

2.1. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. To qualify for this exception, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged product.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product, including any damaged packaging.
  • Return the damaged product to us within 3 days of receiving our return instructions.

2.2. Inspections: We reserve the right to inspect the returned product to verify the damage. If we determine that the damage was caused by factors other than shipping, this exception may not apply, and the return will be subject to our general policy.

2.3. Refund or Replacement: For products eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, we will offer the option to:
