Easily Submit Your Buy list with Our Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log In or Create an Account
    Start by logging into your existing account on vancitytcg.ca, or quickly set up a new one.

  2. Search for Your Cards
    Use our buylist portal to find the cards you want to sell. As you add them to your cart, make sure to note their condition (from Near Mint to Heavily Played). Not sure about the condition? No problem — we’ll evaluate it for you.

  3. Choose Your Payment Method
    Before submitting, select whether you’d prefer Cash or Store Credit from the dropdown menu.

 

  1. Review and Submit Your Buylist
    After submitting, a popup will display your next steps. We’ll review and approve your submission within 1-3 business days and notify you via email once it’s completed.

  2. Prepare Your Cards

    • Unsleeve all cards except foils.
    • Sort your cards in the exact order they were listed in your submission.

  3. Drop Off or Ship Your Cards

    • In-Person Drop-Off: Skip the approval email and bring your cards to us anytime during the week. Please note: buylists not dropped off within one week will be declined due to shifting stock and prices.

    • Mail-In Submissions: Ship your cards to the following address and include your name above the return address:

  4. Packaging Tip: Use bubble mailers and sleeves to protect your cards during transit. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance to safeguard your package, as we cannot be held responsible for mishandling, damage, or loss caused by mail carriers. Upon arrival, we will confirm card conditions based on our strict grading standards, which may adjust the final buylist total.

  5. Notify Us of Your Shipment
    If mailing your cards, send an email to vancitypokemoncards@gmail.com with your tracking details and location so we know your submission is on
