Can I receive my payout before sending my cards?
No, payouts are only made once we have received and processed your submission.

What card conditions do you accept?
We accept Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, and Heavily Played cards. If cards are received in a lower condition, we will adjust the payout accordingly and notify you. Here’s the payout adjustment based on condition:

Lightly Played: 60% of Near Mint payout
Moderately Played: 30% of Near Mint payout
Heavily Played: 10% of Near Mint payout
Damaged: Not accepted

If you don’t accept the adjusted payout, we can return the cards to you at your expense.

Can I get my submission back?
Unfortunately, we do not return submissions once received. The only exceptions are cards for which the condition adjusted payout was rejected or cards that were submitted after the 21-day cutoff and had their payout lowered.

Can I change the payout method after submitting?
Yes, absolutely! Just message us, and we'll switch the payout method for you.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?
You are responsible for selecting the shipping method and covering the associated costs. However, if your submission qualifies, we offer an additional $15 in payout for submissions over 300 dollars

How long will it take to process my submission?
Submissions are picked up every Thursday and typically processed within 5 business days (Mon-Fri), though most are completed within 48 hours. If you submit over 200 cards or fail to report conditions accurately, it may take a little longer.

How long do I have to get my submission to you?
Submissions must arrive within 21 calendar days. If they arrive later, we can’t guarantee the original payout, and we may communicate a lower payout. Cards submitted after the 21 days can be returned to you at your expense if the payout has been adjusted.

Do I need to pay sales tax on purchases made using credit?
Yes, as per Canadian law, credit balances cover both the subtotal and sales tax. To account for this, our Store Credit payout is higher than our Cash payout.

Can you refuse my buylist?
We only refuse buylists if:

The cards are severely damaged
The cards have strong odors (like cigarettes)
The cards have sticky residue on them
